Abstract

This article discusses a multilevel framework for corporate collaborative learning. This framework is based on the action-perception-reflection-intention (APRI) model. The model defines collaborative learning process guided by the enterprise learning strategy and is used for the development of the software tools of the corporate WBT. The framework is implemented using component-based infrastructure, which facilitates the distribution, flexibility, and reusability of learning components. First evaluation results are discussed.
