VHF/UHF, Trees, guided propagation and canyon effect.
Trees have an important influence on propagation. Usually, they are considered as obstacles causing propagation attenuation. Conversely, in this paper we will demonstrate that trees along road sides contribute to signal strengthening in what is similar to canyon effect resulting from propagation in tunnels or street-guided propagation in urban, to name few examples.
