The contribution is focused on the design and tuning of simple continuous-time SISO regulators in conditions of uncertainty. All desirable controllers are obtained in the parameter form via general solutions of linear Diophantine equations in the ring of proper and Hurwitz stable rational functions. A scalar positive parameter is introduced for robust tuning in uncertainty conditions. The robust stability of interval polynomials and polytopes of polynomials is studied through Kharitonov and zero exclusion theorems.
