In this paper, an efficient structure to generate a binaural signal capable of reproducing the three-dimensional sound perception of a subject inside a simulated room is pre sented. The structure considers the influence of the acoustic environment, the sound propagation and the Head-Related Transfer Functions (HRTFs) to generate binaural head phone signal from an anechoic sound signal. The acous tic environment behavior is obtained by using a ray-tracing method, while the receiver modeling is implemented by wavelet transforms and sparse filters.
