Parlay/OSA, mobile Services, NGN, Virtual Home Envi ronment
This work presents the design and realization of a Personal Service Environment on top of the Parlay/OSA framework for nomadic users moving in Next Generation Network. Certain configuration profiles make it possible to imple ment individual adaptations for different services depend ing on the environment and the location the users request a specific service from. The implementation and a testing show clearly that the wish can get true in the near future using new Service Development Platforms. Parlay fulfils the requirements to deploy such services provided by many parties in a convenient and suitable way.
