Power quality, voltage sags, ride through, re active power compensation
: In this paper we design a converter control for voltage sag ride-through with good load disturbance rejection. The algorithm is intended to improve the perfor mance of the standard industrial motor drive with intermedi ate dc-voltage link. There are four options for ride-through, dependent on the strength of the supply grid. A further improvement of the ride-through has been achieved by also considering the driven load.
