Abstract

The article deals with the new environment in which public organizations function, presenting the models that emerge from few ways in which these institutions respond to the dangers and opportunities revealed by a changing managerial context. It also emphasizes the role of the entrepreneurial culture in public institutions as a key element of change in a proactive, emotional and effective manner. The conclusion is that the future of managerial communication belongs to the emotional intelligence systems.
