Abstract

With the development of electronic commerce, many elec tronic payment methods have been proposed, among which anonymous off-line electronic payment systems have at tracted much attention. Many off-line electronic payment systems have been designed; most of these are divisible and are based on public-key cryptographic methods. In this pa per a new efficient divisible anonymous off-line electronic payment system based on RSA signature, Schnorr signa ture, and a hash function is introduced. With the involve ment of Trusted Third Party (TTP), this payment system avoids the complicated and inefficient interaction between the customer and the bank at the registration stage in most existing systems without any loss of its overall security.
