Abstract

In this paper, we get the state-space of a real-time system to show its complex nonlinear, time-variant control prop erties. These control properties justify that schedulability analysis are based on the worst case of load to assure the robustness of the system. On the other hand, we show that simulations over a great deal of real-time systems are not suitable to evaluate the performance of scheduling mech anisms and real-world applications should be considered instead.
