Time-delay systems, static output feedback
This paper considers the problem of robust static output feedback stabilization of uncertain time-delay systems. The uncertainty in the system is assumed to be norm bounded but time-varying. The approach is to combine delaydependent method of stabilization of time-delay systems with the static output feedback design technique. The final result is a sufficient LMI condition to design the controller.
