Abstract

The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) conditions attracted the early interest of the state legislator and the workers, too, and became a subject in the Collective Labour Agreements (CLA). In Greece, these cases are not so many, as, historically salaries were the major subject in the Collective Labour Bargains, but they are very interesting. This paper presents the case of the Greek electric power industry.
