Abstract

Power wheeling is a main transaction mode for the physical bilateral contract owners. The contract paths are used for the wheeling tariff calculation. In this paper, the fuzzy bi-objective approach considering the operation constrains and power flow equations is used to obtain the maximum set of wheeling contract paths. The "generation shift factors" and the "electricity tracing algorithm" are incorporated for defining the contract paths. A 6-bus system and the IEEE 30-bus system are used for showing the applicability of the proposed method.
