Abstract

In this paper, a design of optimal controller for a discrete time plant with input noise will be discussed. It is shown that the optimal structure of closed-loop is an inverted interactorizing system. In this system, the choice of inter actor and observer polynomials are given which make the closed-loop be optimal for input noise. Both full-order and reduced-order observer cases are considered. Numerical examples are also shown to confirm the validity of the proposed method.
