Abstract

The proposed human-free flexible assembling technology of ready-to-eat meals is based on automatic generation of process plans for manufacturing using only vision information from a meal prototype. The plan is executed autonomously employing continuous visual guidance of the assembling and manipulating process. The system can shorten significantly the time of product development and production setup.
