Abstract

Based on a photoelectric sensor and a single-chip microcomputer, a kind of automatic reseeding system is designed. The structure scheme of the reseeding device is determined, and the overall scheme of reseeding detection and control system is completed. The hardware parts of the detection and control system are designed on the detection module, the signal processing, control module and the power supply. The metering seeding device with automatic reseeding device was tested. The test results show when the vacuum degree is 4 kPa and the rotation rate is 15 r/min, the qualified seeding rate of a seeding device with a replanting device is 93.68%, the over seeding rate is 3.91% and the miss seeding rate is 2.38%. The seed metering devices installed with the intelligent system is compared with the seed metering devices not installed with the intelligent system, the seeding quality of the former has been greatly improved. It effectively solves the miss seeding problem of an air suction metering seed device.
