Abstract

In the study of permanent magnet brushless DC motors (BLDCMs), the vibration and speed accuracy caused by motors and drives have always been the core issues, and the problems involved are more complicated. Some design and algorithm problems can be discovered and solved by the Simplorer + Maxwell simulation method in advance. Taking a 9-slot 6-pole permanent magnet BLDCM as an example, the motor is modelled and designed by the Maxwell finite element software, and a double closed-loop control of the permanent magnet BLDCM is mainly studied. A speed regulation system with closed-loop speed and phase current hysteresis control is simulated. According to the simulation results, different control strategies are simulated and analysed.
