Radar waveform recognition, neural network, BP neural network,instantaneous characteristics
In this paper, we apply the idea of neural network to radar waveform recognition. As the most essential distinction among radar signals with different modulation types, the instantaneous characteristics of radar signals can be extracted to distinguish different signals. So we employed five kinds of instantaneous features and design a BP neural network to recognize diverse signal modulation types. Simulation results verify the high recognition ratio and the excellent performance of our proposed method.
