Abstract

A dynamical content-based protection model is proposed in this paper to protect and deal with Chinese character security information in the communication on the Internet. In the developed model, a new Chinese dynamic description technology has been developed and a mapping table is created so that strokes could be extracted from a predefined stroke library and embedding hidden information can be transferred into Chinese glyphs. A glyphs-based Chinese character description library has been improved to raise the security level of transferred information. At the same time, a novel approach has been developed to store the glyphs of Chinese characters and a related extracting technique has been built to show the transferred Chinese characters on the client. The results and experiments have demonstrated that the proposed model is effective in securing the message in electrical documents written with the Chinese language.
