The electronic devices will unintentionally radiate electromagnetic wave, thus leading to the information leakage which is inconspicuous but threatens the information security. This paper attempted to establish a computer electromagnetic radiation model on the basis of the electromagnetic wave theory to reveal the essence of the computer electromagnetic information leakage. It also discussed the internal relations between the electromagnetic radiation and digital information processed in computer, which was associated with the work of logic gate circuits. And it found the key factors to reconstruct information from the leaked electromagnetic signals by analysing the working mechanisms of electronic equipment. What’s more, the results of experiment supported the views in this paper.
