Abstract

A collaborative optimisation model for interactive response of cooling, heating, and electric flexible loads in near zero carbon parks is presented to achieve the best economic operation and more efficient voltage regulation. Firstly, a nearly zero carbon park architecture is proposed for electric energy replacement with interactive response, and a check system for carbon emission is established. Considering the energy flow characteristics of gas-fired generators, electric boilers, heating exchangers, electric refrigerators, absorption chiller, energy storage devices and the impact of electric energy replacing device on the distribution network, an objective function is introduced to minimise the total deviation of nodal voltage of distribution network. Then, the flexible loads of electric, heating, and cooling energy forms are integrated as controllable resources to participate in the optimisation and regulation of energy in the near zero carbon park. A studying case is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and the rationality of the optimisation strategy of interactive response.
