Abstract

Machine vision technology is the core of fine processing in industrial production processes, providing a more advanced processing platform for the development of related industries. At present, faced with diversified market demand, the updating speed of computerised numerical control (CNC) machine tools is relatively slow. It cannot meet some industrial production needs. Based on machine vision technology, machining methods for electromechanical components are explored. Due to the low accuracy of image processing in machine vision, the wavelet transform algorithm is used to improve the Canny operator, thereby enhancing the quality of image extraction. Relying on image coordinate transformation, a corresponding error correction algorithm is constructed to reduce the error problem in the machining process of electromechanical parts. According to the research findings, the method can control the trajectory error of parts during machining within a range of 0.5 mm. The accuracy of workpiece recognition in different position is improved by 3%– 5%. Therefore, the methods can effectively improve the quality of electromechanical parts processing and reduce part processing errors.
