Abstract

Electric cylinder is driven by a variety of motor screw rotations. It can be converted to linear motion by nut, and it pushes the slider reciprocating linear motion along the guide rail. Driven by the push of the load of equipment, the electric cylinder has a broad application. As a hot topic in the field of intelligent control, fuzzy control has achieved good development. However, there is a contradiction between the control precision and the computational efficiency. In view of this problem, this paper discusses the establishment scheme of adaptive fuzzy control of variable universe. For the electric cylinder control system, the mathematical model is established, and the simulation experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the fuzzy control of the variable universe can effectively handle the displacement control of the electric cylinder system with high accuracy and has strong robustness.
