In the “Internet+ environment, educational informatization is more and more focused on introducing artificial intelligence technology to improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality. It is essential to achieve the intelligent recommendation of learning resources in wisdom education. Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing personalized recommendation, we achieve the personalized recommendation of network teaching resources through a personalized recommendation algorithm based on content recommendation and collaborative filtering recommendation. This paper introduces the whole process of the user interest model and teaching resources model, which also designs and implements the personalized network teaching resources system prototype. Finally, we verify correctness and effectiveness of the personalized recommendation algorithm in this paper by experiments.
