Abstract

Based on the logistics system state analysis, this paper established the model of chemical enterprise facilities layout optimization by the introduction of the logistics equivalent correction factor and the constraints on the waste logistics. The impacts of the materials in the chemical logistics and the waste logistics on the optimization of the facility layout were given full consideration in this model. And then the validity of the model was demonstrated by a case in which the optimization of the facility layout in a chlor-alkali plant was carried out.
