Abstract

In this paper, a robust estimating problem for singular systems with polytopic uncertainties under non-ideal transmission channels is addressed. The Bernoulli random distributed sequence is used to formulate statuses of the transmitted measurements at inputs of filters. A possible interval delay phenomenon resulted from the lossy measurements is considered. One filter design method is developed so that the corresponding delay singular estimating error dynamics is admissible for all considered uncertainties and satisfies a prescribed H performance. A set of delay-dependent conditions for the analysis and design problems under linear matrix inequality framework is proposed. One numerical example is provided to show the efficiency of the method.
