Abstract

Motivation is the core and purpose of human resource management, which is more and more important in enterprises. In the fierce market competition, the one who can fully arouse the enthusiasm of their staffs, and tap the potential of staffs will be able to take advantage. Under the support of incentive theories, this article studies the status quo of staff motivation in company J, and suggests a feasible plan based on existing problems to improve staffs incentive system.
