Abstract

This paper explains the reason to choose a sustained control model to control the non-steady-state spreading risk in supply chain through the creation of formula. It also arrives at a conclusion that different intensity of risk control can limit the spreading of non-steady-state risk into a different scope. Supply chain managers can calculate the value of control intensity with mathematical model which is based on the historical data of risk, and then they can take effective measures according to the result.
