Abstract

In this paper, we make references to the earlier models of job stress and diffusion, and put forward innovative models, which are proved valid and useful for research on the simulation of job stress diffusion in complex networks. Our approach in this paper is an agent-based simulation, and the simulation is implemented by AnyLogic 6 and MATLAB 7.0. Then virtual experiments are designed, of which the results indicate the following issues: The threshold value exists in organizational work control, and job stress management in the social network is important and efficient. Simultaneously, we need to concern the changing of organization stress structure, and take appropriate measures to maintain middle stress state so as to keep organizational stability and active work attitude of individuals.
