DEA, RST, Industry Investment Efficiency, and Assessment
The investment efficiency reflects comprehensive effect of harmony between resources and economic environment. Therefore increasing industry investment efficiency is an important way to enhance the industry competitiveness. Considering the shortcomings of conventional efficiency evaluation methods and the characters of all kinds industry, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Rough Set Theory (RST) is adopted to establish the assessment model of industry investment efficiency in region, which could get a more reasonable and effective result without artificial influence. Assessing the industry investment efficiency according to DEA-RST will provide a scientific guide for the government.
