The efficient techniques concerned with the problem of interharmonic detection have been of importance to modern power system , one of which is proposed in this paper based on the theory of Amplitude and Phase Estimation of a sinusoid （ APES ） spectral estimator which belongs to the matched-filterbank approaches. On the other side, an AC-DC-AC converter mode was built on Simulink, which can generate the signals embedded with characteristic order interharmonic. The experiment made demonstrate the efficiency of the above method.
