UV detector, photolithography, x-ray diffraction, EDAX
ZnO nanorods were grown by Hydrolysis method in between the interdigitated gold electrode patterned in the form of Wheatstone bridge. The rods were 500nm long with diameter ranging from 30-40nm. The structure of the grown nanorods was determined using XRD and its composition by EDAX. The I-V curve without illumination and with UV light illumination has to be performed to determine the response of the detector to UV light.
