Image processing, point-like artefacts, distributed computations
The present paper deals with the problem of automation of point-like artefacts retouching in the process of redaction of the hi-res color images. A computationally complex algorithm for identification of flares is proposed based on the analysis of local characteristics of images. Technology of correction of point-like artefacts with distribution of calculations among the computers of local net is developed. A possibility of retouching of large images within the acceptable time is demonstrated.
