Abstract

The automated hardware/software system is developed for experimental study of electrochemical characteristics of materials. The system includes two specialized installations: one for precision measurements of the electrical resistance of electrode materials at various temperatures and another for measurement and analysis of polarization curves in potentiostatic and galvanostatic modes. The system is characterized by low cost, compactness, high operation speed and measurement accuracy, it switches easily from one operating mode to another and is comparable to known analogues in these respects.
