Application of Artificial Neural Network in Handicap TV Voice Control

Abstract

This paper introduced a new technique of voice recognition. It designed for handicap to control and select TV channels. The technique of handicap TV voice control(HTVC) implemented with an artificial neural network(ANN). The ANN was fast, easy, and accurate. It can demonstrate a new voice that had not been trained before and didn’t respond with it. The seven examples were presented, demonstrated the potentiality of the system. Moreover, the system can apply in driving, electronic wheelchair, home automation, and many other applications.
