A part of the project “LearnCrypto” is being developed with the main goal of creating interactive simulation web based learning environment for teaching cryptography. In this paper, we consider the classical encryption. The system has been used in Ain Shams University – Faculty of Science, Computer Science Division for the course “Cryptography” involving over 40 students. Student response has been very positive.
