Requirements model provides a complete guidance to designer and engineers, this paper attempts to describe a comprehensive modeling of a requirements management tool to support small projects. The requirements model proposed in this paper is using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as modeling technique to visualize the requirements. In order to validate the model, a prototype is used. The result from prototype gives a motivation to prolong research in developing a requirements management tool. Generally, this paper contributes to analysis phase of software development life cycle and specifically in the area of requirements model. The proposed model could be a reference to other researchers in the future. By having this requirements model, it is a hope that more software development projects could be finished successfully within allocated time and budget.
