Time-varying linear systems, Exponential stability, Slowly-varying systems
In this paper we present two new sufficient conditions for exponential stability of discrete linear time-varying systems. The first of them shows that if the matrices coefficients are close enough to an exponentially stable matrix then the system is exponentially stable. The second one states that if all matrix coefficients are exponentially stable and bounded by sufficient small constant then the system is exponentially stable. The important advantage of our results is that all bounds are quantitative not only qualitative.
