Abstract

The paper introduces our model designed originally for the sake of simulation of underground flow in fractured porous environment. Actually the model was completed so way it enables evaluation of geothermal processes. The implemented heat transport includes heat convection and heat diffusion. At first, the paper provides a brief description of the mathematical model of flow and heat transport, consequently, one of applications of the model is described. The application is focused on the model of hydrogeology in a region with thermal springs. Besides the underground flow, the realised model, involves simulation of the thermal field and possible influence of a considered groundwater pumping.
