The Nokia Test is an effective approach to evaluate how teams which use Scrum are following the process proposed by this agile method. The expected result is that Scrum teams presenting higher scores in Nokia Test also presents better results when measuring quality and productivity indicators. This paper describes a case study in a Brazilian company where three very small Scrum teams were evaluated by Nokia Test and had their quality and productivity measured for comparison.
