Principals, Ethno linguistic vitalization, Inclusion, Minority, and Technologies
This paper will examine the role of principals in the ethno linguistic vitalization in French language schools. They are crucial in promoting the French language, identity construction and inclusion. In applying an effective leadership style adapted to the context, a principal can indirectly influence the academic achievement of the students. However, the educational leader must possess the necessary tools in order to effectively influence the students. The only practical resource available to principals is the hypermedia system entitled VelTIC. In this study, we will examine the impact of this resource on school principals in a minority context.
