The article reveals the proposed technology of learning process creation in adaptive system of distance learning and knowledge control. The technology is based on the usage of mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets and theory of matrices, and let us provide with automatic forming of individual learning material, taking into account individual peculiarities of students, skills and abilities, identification of student’s readiness for transition to more complicated material level, reflection of correlation between different indices of functioning, quality of tasks fulfillment and test result.
