Abstract

Workflow Engines are specialized in delivering tasks following a previously designed planning. In this paper we detail the integration of a Workflow Engine in a Learning Management System (LMS). This approach is useful for supporting Collaborative Learning in LMSs. We describe a proof of concept that is built over Moodle, a well-know and popular LMS. The integration is done following a Service Oriented approach.
