Overvoltage, power active filter PAF, switching-off, power system.
The paper deals with investigation of the overvoltages during transient states in power system which comprises power active filter connected in the point of common coupling. Dynamic states of load step changes, source voltage step changes, failures of load appliances and power active filter are investigated. The simulation and experimental results are presented.
