The objective of this paper is to introduce an interactive video test model designed for instructors and referees of FIFA and UEFA. The use of video is very important and helpful in teaching and learning the rules of football, in which controlling player movements and actions is required in order to make the right decision. In this paper, we explain the model, the technology that was used, the structure and also the theoretical foundations.
