As the core elements of modern communication systems, transistors need to be efficiently modeled so that the whole system design can be accurately achieved. In this paper, the authors proposed a fuzzy-neural transistor modeling tool that can be implemented in commercial circuit simulators. A time-domain approach was also investigated to further enhanced transistor models.
