Abstract

Paralysis is one of the major disabilities and can be caused by several incidents such as severe accident, stroke or other diseases. This paper focuses on the cure of paralysis caused by stroke, which may result in severe brain damage. Imagery therapy, which is considered to be one of the most promising clinical treatments, uses virtual reality (VR) as a computer generated environment to enhance brain and physiological functions. We provide extensive research results to prove the effectiveness of imagery therapy using VR to cure paralysis caused by stroke. Intersperse d
