Mobile learning is suitable for vocabulary learning in foreign language acquirement. We have implemented a system that automatically superimposes subtitles and pronunciations to movies. We aimed reduction of the burden of instructors with learning material creation by opening the system to learners and encouraging them to participate in material creation activities. Unfortunately, because the system did not address the creation of movies, the users had a negative opinion with easiness of material creation. Hence, in this study, we have designed and implemented a new system that supports creation from movies to materials continuously. We also conducted an evaluation experiment over several college students for its usability.
