Two types of web-based system, learning management system (LMS) and social networking system (SNS) have been mainly developed and used separately. In contrast to this trend, I have developed web-based social networking system with learning management capabilities in this study. The system provides typical learning (content) management system capabilities such as learning content authoring and course management to all system users. Using the built social network, one can share the created learning resources and notify the status of learning activity to one's friend efficiently.
