Modelling, simulation, performance improvement, and cost effectiveness
This paper presents modeling and simulation for assembly line of a car battery manufacturing for cost effectiveness. The proposed approach improves cycle time, productivity and rework. Validation is performed for different periods and compared with actual production applications. The study proposes changing the manual operation to automation.
