Abstract

Organizations would not be able to evaluate their situation without using a performance measurement system. Also they can not know their level of performance, productivity, strategy, financial aims and other important aspects of organization. PMS is an evaluation method of input, output, processes and productivity of the organization based on strategy and environmental condition.[1] Introducing performance measurement system and selecting the best one, is the main goal of this research. For this purpose, important evaluating attributes of a PMS is considered by using experts thought and conjunctive satisfying method. PMS alternatives will be sorted and then by using the Group Decision Making and Borda Method, best PMS will be chosen.
